Theme licence
A direct theme purchase grants a limited commercial licence for one Shopify store. This draft must be reviewed with counsel before launch.
You may
- Install and customise the purchased theme on one licensed Shopify store.
- Maintain private development copies for that same store.
- Use contractors to customise the theme for the licensed store.
You may not
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the theme source.
- Use one purchase across multiple production stores.
- Remove ownership notices where they are legally required.
